Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026. This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit getqrew.app. It does not cover the Qrew application itself; that is governed by our agreements with customers.

2. In short

• This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels.
• Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.
• We use the details from the request form only to answer your request.

3. Hosting and delivery

The website is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and browser details, to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.

4. Early access, demo and access requests

When you send the form, we process your name, work email address, company, team size, the plan you are interested in and your message. We use this information only to answer your request, to arrange a demo or to set up your early access or plan (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract). The request is forwarded to our inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing and is also kept for up to 7 days in the Cloudflare Workers logs, so that no request is lost. We delete your details when they are no longer needed for your request, at the latest after 12 months, unless a business relationship follows.

5. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Where enabled, we protect the form from automated requests with Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics is sent to Cloudflare to check that the request comes from a person. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Booking a time

To let you book a time directly, we embed Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). The calendar only loads when you click "Show available times". Only then are data such as your IP address, browser details and your entries (name, email, chosen time) sent to Calendly, to book the appointment and send you the invitation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer to the USA relies on this adequacy decision and the standard contractual clauses in Calendly's data processing agreement. Calendly's own privacy policy also applies to the processing at Calendly.

7. Visitor statistics

Where enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views anonymously. No cookies are set and no profiles are built (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Film on the home page

The film plays directly from our own server. No third-party video platforms are embedded.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). To use them, write to hello@getqrew.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one responsible for our place of business.

10. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
